personal contacts and recommendations. Everyone we recommend will be vetted technically to make sure they are the best available fit for the role you
have. This does not mean a simple checklist of quesions!
We are honest. If we don't know anyone that fits your requirments we will let you know - we will not trawl for potential candidates.
We are experienced IT Consultants and Managers with first class contacts in the industry. We have worked for the biggest solution providers and
also smaller consultancies. We know what you need - and what you need is people you can trust and be appy2 work with.
Our strength is not a massive database of CVs (how many of your recruiters use the same database anyway?) but personal knowledge of the candidates
we provide and their capabilities.
We know the personnel we supply, they tend to be colleagues or ex-colleagues we know will deliver. We know that because we know them - we don't
need to search for keywords in their CVs.
There is no hard sell - no massive targets set internally. We are geared to provide trusted professionals who can deliver - we do not bombard you
with CVs and hope something or someone sticks.
